  1. Looks nice man, bet its pretty light too?
  2. You can't...they be discontinued im afraid
  3. Tarty is inclined to disagree: "Sintered offers long life, with the organic offering slightly better performance"
  4. yupppp mg1's are dam,n good, bit pricey but light as fek and very grippy
  5. Go to a specialized bearing shop, get them to take a look at it. chances are you'll get higher grade bearings and for a lot cheaper as well
  6. Just ensure you remember about thread directions etc concerning the bb
  7. Just read it as that..... How immature am i? Good interview though, certainly a higher standard than most posted up here
  8. 18:16 with 170mm cranks, or 18:15 with 175 cranks....thats what i run
  9. Sounds very strange, can you get a picture? I definitely wouldn't use a hayes brake ona trials brake....the complete absence of this brake from the trials world tends to suggest it isnt ideally suited to the kind of riding we oput it through. Instead consider a Hope mono trial, Avid bb7/5, Avid Juicy 5/7 or magura louise
  10. The same answer to all these threads.....go and ride a variety of frames and work out what geo you want.
  11. nooope, why? I'm just thinking of the try-all forks. I'm not suggesting its the greatsest idea to do this, but certainly safer than removing material level with the headset cupsor fork legs
  12. you need to wait to get validated before you can post in the video section of the forum welcome to the forum though dude, what do you ride?
  13. either vp ( onza/tryall/monty etc ) caged pedals...[remove the inner cage]...or platform pedals, dmrv8/v12s or onza hognesiums
  14. would have thought that frame would be around.....2.3kgs maybe?
  15. When you bed a brake in, you're removing the top layer of pad material, helping it match itself to the contours of the disc, and thus provide more surface area for brake pad/rotor contact. The water helps remove these tiny particles from the pads.
  16. what has the fact that they're urbans got anything to do with it? theyre hardly weak exactly.... the stress risers are where they meet the headset, where the fork is inside the frame, theres not a huge amount of stress present .eg.... headset cup- ]| frame |[headset cup
  17. tanky frames but decent geo I wouldn't say they tapped hugely well, being a mod and all.... I still prefer a t-pro though in terms of geo and weight
  18. viz forks are brilliant...far superior to koxx forks in terms of strength and stiffness in my opinion
  19. nice bike dude, i know one of the guys that rides for phase...they're great bikes to ride, really playful and flicky
  20. rockman maladie are very strong, and very light....uber high bb though and huuuge, so take some getting used to. Id assume the zo lynx would be best overall? Onza ice's are supposed toi be moderately weak, going from what ive heard recently
  21. hey got a pair of the fluorescent yellow raceline old shape maguras

looking for £80 posted for them, msn me if interested

  22. thats all the geo you need.... the wheelbase is dependanmt on forks
