  1. erm, does it taper in from the spoke flanges a lot? Is it chrome finish? E.g, that one ( top one ) ? http://media.photobucket.com/image/onza%20...MasterHubs2.jpg
  2. Hmm, Might just be easier I guess.... haha okay, duly taken on board I now need to look out for aluminium suppliers.... 6061 t6? or could i get away with something cheaper?

    Vans

Vauxhall combo is a very capable van....my ,ate had one for a year or so, loads of room in the back and reasonably fast The pbvious choice would be a caddy, but if your budget won't stretch to that; then fair enough
  4. But the pads won't go in any further , the top of the slave hits the top of the mount no matter how offset they are
  5. Stop with the cap's at the start of each word, it is quite annoying Like Revolver said, its just leaning....as you push yourself you're concentrating more on getting the height, and so land at a more awkward angle...just keep at it
  6. Fairly good, reasonable engagement...if youre on a budget, get a tensile and a fixed hub though I'm in the process of changing to dual Kings from FFW, i reckon it's worth the investment....
  7. Are you actually serious?! that'd be amazing.... I could make the dropouts and maybe even bb yolk headtube.....and cranks! Epicness.....PM me! heh
  8. I think the Team stem has been discontinued now .....
  9. Hmmm, ill have to get the tolerances pretty exact then Yep, mint geometry, really want a deema after heat treatment, eh? Ill have to ask my lecturer about the right tolerances and suck Ah, i think a normal 128 spindle, once machined should do the job? Ill check it out yeh, im thinking Horizontal now
  10. I will do tomorrow, i emailed them but no repsonse as yet, or from Koxx, must be swamped at the moment.
  11. Looks pimp, one of the nicest so far . . . you ride a coust mk1 before?
  12. heh, i won't say its pretty much the same 1070, +20, 380, 71.5 Awesome Geo, prefer slightly higher bb now though...
  13. Okay, time to bump this topic as i've now started doing research for my project. Has anyone got any more suggestions for me? Definitely being made out of aluminium now, Geo will be a shorter Coust v2 ( 1085, +35, 380, 72 ) I thinks....with a rear disc mount and magura specific mounts. Tempted by this whole press fit isis bb jobbie, any ideas? anything to stop me pulling apart an old sealed bearing isi bb, and getting the right size bearings and simply pressing into frame? Still trying to debate over horizontal and vertical drop-outs.....i'll definitely stick with 135 spacing though I reckon. Any views or Suggestions would be more than welcome Thanks
  14. ermm.....bit out of order? yep, just change the headangle to 71.5 mod would have to be short xtp 07
  15. yup me too, no point in wasting money to be honest....
  16. most likely onza t-master....is it sealed,or loose ball bearings?
  17. Sandpaper stuck to magura backings, then drag brake?
  18. Bike looks amazing...2nd best rockman so far
  19. i would ahve thought so ; i ve got one on the front of my mod and its 100% fine
  20. erm, get some normal magura mounts? only answer really, as the viz are known for being quite a angled profile
  21. yup, hence why the koxx riders run very high ep setups, but with loose chain tension to get the best of both worlds. When tension is appllied, ths high eps are felt, and then left slack there is more room to get your momentum
  22. Ill be up in Kent at the half term if you want to ride?
