  5. i run viz now.....never looked back; far stiffer then urbans or pures.
  6. id say it's a bad idea taking it apart all the time....i try not to if I'm honest, threads get worn...interfaces get worn ( isis splines etc ). As soon as anything feels wrong, it gets stripped down straight away though
  7. i always do it towards the front of the bike...so the grind os kind of "sharked" towards the front of the bike
  8. They seem to be pretty good from the couple of times ive used monty's....very short, and ideally suited to compy natural. Also, as they are comp frames...comparatively weak.

  13. nooo, John Tomac was an old school dh legend...maker of tomac bikes, and had a few signature parts, including these maguras those are the tomac hs22s...they also made a red tomac hs33 edition BAsically the same as the racelines ...just red Brilliant brakes, for a full set in good nick ( with boosters, pads and clamps ) theyre worth around £40-60 dependant on condition. A bare set ( brakes only in good working order ) is worth from £30-£40

  15. er, its normally always the levers that leak.... so change that and it should be fine
  16. i just dont think tahtws true trials.....i love danny mac, and he's one of my biggest influences, but i just dont consider it as such, more street / big bmx I completely agree with simps here....trials really is whatever you want it to be ; whether you're a deng riding tgs basher, or an uber smooth koxx rider, or a spinny insired rider...we all put ourselves under the same banner of riding trials.

  20. i personally run: dual ply 2.35 maxxis minion dh on the back, with a standard mtb tube. single ply 2.35 maxxis high roller dh on the front, spesh ultra-light tube Both in super tacky compound
  21. get a un54, 68mm, 122mm....should work fine
  22. got a pair of maguras, and a set of drilled stock wheels
