Weathers seems to be getting better here in York! Winds dropped and everything hopefully leeds will be the same tomorrow!! Where abouts will people be meeting as I've never been to leeds riding before and don't actually know my way around

From the looks of what he said the bb shell is oversized, maybe one of those dodgy ones that supercycles had and were selling on ebay? That would explain why he's trying to use the original cups, In all fairness I havent a clue what goes on with different bb's you might just be better off buying a longer version of the one you got with the frame if thats possible?

I'll be there if the weathers looking good need to ride with some decent people so i can actually get better!!

I wish I could gap to front/do anythin gto front! Just don't seem able to get the bottle to force the front end where i want it usually results in me squishing my foot!

Personally I'd go for the Zenith as I own one , but I have ridden a control or two and they're loverly!! In fairness either bike would do you a gooden, but for the bargain factor alone zenith for the win!

My braking fingers used to ache a lot! If you ride often then your fingers will start to get used to the strain andit'll stop hurting!! More recently for me my little fingers have started to hurt from gripping the bar well anoying because they're only small

Right I tried the tilting back slightly, made it better but a lot harder to control once on the back wheel So I'm thinking I'm going to get some zoo/adamant bars, but after reading another post on the forum is it true you can't fit them with a 2 bolt stem? I doubt it is, but thought I'd be better off checking before splashing the cash!

Hey, I'm having a problem just flicking up the front end of my bike at the momentand was wondering if changing the handlebars would make any difference. At the minute I'm riding a zona Zenith with a brisa stem (120 x 20) with some ancient onza flat bars. Would getting some risers make the front easier to flick up? or would i be better off trying to lighten the front end up, as it is rather heavy! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Aww gutted can't do this weekend because of exams and a lack of funds (loan doesn't rock up till monday ) but maybe next weekend if anyone is riding!

I'm using an old Brisa stem (the one thats exactly like the elite stem but with welds) and those really old 10quid onza flats bars. Feels alright but im not sure how it'd feel with anything else as I can't afford to test owt out!!

but together they make magic happen!! (or maybe not )

There most likely will be although i havent ridden in lincoln for about 3 months. Theres defo a few riders about think they're all still in NMC though! you might be better of asking in there!!
