This may seem like a bit of a pointless topic... but see what you think. I've been having this phase lately where I havn't been going to bed untill stupidly late, or early in theory, times. I just go on my laptop, don't even feel tired. Only bad thing is I lie in extremely late the next day. Seems extremely pointless me saying this, but what I'm looking for is any advice on how I can go back to normal sleeping times? Feels great at night, but in the morning, I've wasted my day away. Any help much appreciated! Also, if you're like me and stay up late ish, if you've got something you want to add, maybe why/what etc, please add. Thanks.
