Ah right. Well I'm doing Business, Economics and BTEC ICT atm in 6th form, I reckon I could get a distinction in ICT, as it's all coursework based and pretty easy, and there's some UCAS points there. But yeah, I've been told uni is good, and I want to get away from home for a bit, I'm kinda sick of it to be honest, I quite fancy something new.

I'm thinking about going to uni and I know it'll vary a lot depending on what course you do (or at least I would have thought so) but what's the work like? As in, how much is exam type work or coursework? Also, what were peoples A-level results like that go to uni? If that's what you did?... I know it all works via a UCAS point system or something?

I'm in for a treat when school starts today... I've been talking to some girl on MSN who lives like 3 miles away, she does nothing in life and so is up all night usually. She wants me to meet her at half 5 and go on a random walk - hmmm. I'm up for it though, it's a female! Going to have no sleep if I do that though which won't rub off to well at school I don't think. What time do you all have to be up anyway? What work/education do you all go too as well?

Some kid who lives near me has supposed to have had 17 in one night... he's a total wreakhead too though.

Got to say, I think fraud is easy and isn't seen as much as it should be... for example, I went into staples not long ago and got myself a discount card where I had to put my businesses name down. I obviously don't have a business so just put some random crap down... now I bet I could save thousands if I shopped there weekly, personally I think it would go unoticed.

I've never tried it and don't plan on it but some people I know have... stupid really, can destroy your mouth through the tightening of your jaw muscles (or whatever it does to them) and it de-hydrates you, so you need to constantly drink water to keep your hydration levels up. It might give you a bit of a buzz and a nice feeling but in my eyes the risks you're taking because of it aren't worth it.

True but it's unlikely you'll leave your file that size if you're going to upload it to the net.

Ah right. I'll give that a try, a lot of people I know say they only get 3 - 4 hours sleep and are fine. I think it will depend a lot on diet, I eat a lot of fast-food and not many fruits and vegtables... what are your diets like?

Parking domains, to me, seems a kind of slow process though... as for building up traffic, how do you do that? The website would obviously need to offer something of value to attract visitors as well. This could also be quite a time consuming method... still though, thanks for the input.

I've always wanted some good ideas, I really want to do something to make money without getting a job, although some people see it as silly, I think it would be kind of an adventure... I've mentioned this in the late night thread but I'll bring it up here too... Anyone got any money making ideas, specifically based round the internet? I know the basic ones, ebay, amazon, drop shipping website selling certain goods etc... but something unique, that is profitable - no matter what the set-up cost is.

I was going to say I would be nackered after that or even less, but I suppose it's more to do with having a good sleeping pattern, than volume of sleep. Don't you still feel very tired after only 6 - 7 hours max? ...and what's your sleeping pattern like?

Out of interest, how many of you on here that stay on Trials-Forum untill rather silly times, such as 3,4,5am, actually go to sleep? If you do, what times do you get up? I usually sleep the full 12 hours, went to bed at 3am, got up at 3pm... works kind of shit when you've got school the next day, having to get up at 6am.

Not really that late (or early) yet... As of last night, has anyone else got any ideas for a good money-making website? As mentioned before, any ideas at all, regardless of the set-up cost etc.

Shit load of advertising isn't hard, it's more to do with your sites traffic really, I could have a web page covered in pay per click ads but if I only get 10 visitors per day, chances are I'm not going to get very many clicks (Unless the ads contain adult material of course). EDIT: I'm liking my new display name, thought it would be banned from being used - oh well.

Online forums also take a lot of time to build up to a decent size and not to forget the stupid amounts of competition you have. I've always thought about a cycle trials related ebay style auction site. I reckon making a porn site would be highly profitable if you check up on all the laws and do it all legal etc. I'm gonna give one a go when I'm 18 I think, to maybe pay for my bike/car.
