But if it has more friction, you'll be able to run a lighter grind or smooth surely, so they won't wear that much?3 I think the funny wear angle thing will be lessened over standard backings, because on standard pads they can roll more easily because the pressure fromthe piston is applied to the rim across a shorter legnth if you can see what I mean? With the backing being longer, it will have less leverage to rock it. It sounded better in my head! Anyway, as luke said, you could have harder at the ends and softer in the middle, so at either end you could have Koxx Crocos for sheer hold, and in the middle Heatsink Yellows for massive bite, the possibilities are endless! Has steve said anything more to you about the mod ones Luke? That only take 2 pads? If he had 3, the curve would have to be even sharper on a mod wheel and may well damage the slave. It's just I could use my brothers mod to test them, he's got a maggy on the back.

Nah it's no piss-take, Steve is cutting up some extended Yellow material to fit in them properly right now! He didn't realise how good they'd be, I should be getting one of the curved sets apparantly, can't wait! Expect some amazing reviews in the pad reviews topic within the week.

Maybe try viewing the forum through a proxy? http://proxify.com/ Maybe it will work, a proxy acts as a third party in between your browser and the website and stops the website seeing what your IP address is, and can only see the proxys IP address. Try it anyway, just an idea. Seriously, where on earth is this validation window thing, there must be an easy way of doing it...

Do you reckon if we're responsible with our new powers, they'll let us keep them when they find the loophole? I'm not validating anyone unless they really deserve it, if you can't find it and do it yourself, you don't deserve it to be honest...

Have you got IE8 Beta or Safari? Dunno why Opera doesn't work for you, is it the latest version? I have to have them all for work so I can test the sites I build.

I can't find the validation thingy, for all the warns you have a link on each persons post, but theres so many more menus and pages of extra facilities! I'll keep looking, a load of my mates are badgering me to validate them aswell though. I saw one of the original admins looking before, they'll probably lock this soon so I'd update your browser quick if i were you! Have you got FF3 or FF2? They made a few changes to the rendering engine in the update, our website at work didn't render properly when it came out, took me ages to get it all sorted, I had to re-write virtually every page!

It might depend on the browser mate, sometimes it renders the HTML differently? there might be a small error, some browsers will diplay it anyway, some will ignore the link instead? I'm not sure of the ins and outs, what browsers have you got? EDIT: Too Slow! I'm using Safari and Opera, works on those for me anyway. Try one and see if it works?

I'd sign up and give them both barrels, post up your address and tell anyone with a problem to come and talk to you about it, rather than talking away on some forum, then see how quick it dies off.

Careful... I believe you're referring to illegal immigrants, and you'll be meaning the few that don't get jobs and just claim benefits. The fact is that very few acutally do this, most work there arses off, a lot of the polish workers who live round here do double shifts 6 days a week in the factory up the road and send most of the money home. The rest though are true to a certian extent, everyone it seems is either way over PC (to the point of being racist) or openly racist. The whole neibourhood watch thing gets on my tits aswell, and people getting sent to prison then getting let out after 6 months for stealing cars or robbing houses, then serial killers being put away for life? They should bring back the death penalty, only for certain cases but still, they go on about how we've got no money, yet pay thousands per year to keep them locked up... What do the prisoners do all day anyway? The government should turn the prisons into basically labour camps, then the scum and villains would think twice about commiting the crimes if they thought they were going to have to work hard. I mean like sticking them on excercise bikes for 15 hours a day to generate electricity or something, or turning the prison into a call centre or something, basically making the prisons profitable instead of costly! Or playing on the weakness of the pound and getting them to make stuff that we can then export, making loads of money and boosting the economy. Just some ideas I've had, they'll probably never work though.

Looks great Max, I've always fancied one of these! I've vowed to stick with my kot until it breaks though, I never manage to keep a frame longer than about 6 months on average (I had my 08 Lite for a year, but I only rode it for about 6 months).

That looks like the longest bike I've ever seen, you could fit a small elephant between the wheels in that top pic! Does look nice though, not keen on the swoopy tubes though.
