  1. When someone calls you straight though, it's not intended to be offensive, a lot of the time when you call someone a faggot, or a fudgepacker, or a fairy cake, it is kinda meant to be offensive.
  2. Why have seperate forums for different parts of the UK? I live in the North West and I'll never sign up, because all the riders from the North West are already on here. Nice try, but you're trying to solve a problem that doesn't exist, and it's against the rules to advertise other forums on this forum, it's just bad manners to be honest.
  3. The new Nanos are tiny, who'd buy one of these over a Nano? I've got an 80gb 5th gen, or 6th gen...... It's a Classic anyway. It's small, thin, easily fits in my pocket along with my wallet, and it has a huge amount of storage space, and the screen is big and clear enough to watch videos on. Winner.
  4. Have you still got the Hoesel Adam? Thought about trying a PR with a few stacks Jon? I'd go for one of the Viz stems though, they look noice.
  5. 9mm on top of a +65 bb is a fair old wack though.
  6. Try tipping the bars back, it should make it easier if you want to do those wierd bunnyhoppy uppy things, I always preffered to pedal aswell though, I found it easier to compress.
  7. Use the TI Jon with a decent amount of stacks under it.
  8. I can see where you're coming from, but I don't agree. For taps it's a good idea to have the rotor that way, but I think the biggest stresses come from gaps, and if you land smoothly then there isn't any backwards force through the wheel, unless you land right on the edge.
  9. I'm guessing his point is, you'll feel fantastic at 20 having to do 2 years of GCSEs, then 2 years of college before you can even get to Uni. Surely it's better to get them done the first time round?
  10. Strip it down, clean it out, let it dry and attempt to super-glue it? You might get away with superglueing the outside if you file the paint away around the crack so it's got something to stick to. It's worth a try!
  11. You know what I'm going to say Davey. If you're going to get another koxx, get a Hydroxx, the XTPs are too weak IMO. Thought about a Bionic? They seem pretty decent.

    Muel Echo + Kot Clips

I have done, I've sold the Echo now. I'm hoping to do another Kot video this summer with the Maggy on the back.

    Pad Help

I found this with my Phatpads, at first they were amazing on a shite grind aswell! Then they wore down to half way or less and even on the grind I have now with is much harsher and sharper they make no noise, still hold alright though. I'd get new pads if I were you, I think it's got something to do with the pads material not deforming into the grind as easily when it gets worn down, because there's not as much material there to compress, so the surface takes more pressure to deform the same amount.
  14. Krisboats? Nah he's a legend, he'd never ban anyone for that long. It's a month tops or permaban. I reckon OBM, he's hardcore.
  15. I don't believe that for a second. There are two guys on here who have conversations with each other on the same account, they're still around. Myabe he had an argument with tomturd.
  16. Whats that drilled freewheel and what are those cranks? I'd made a little tensioner for my Echo once: http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....=123188&hl= Some info dotted around in there about it. Worrked well though! I just used the plates and the spacer out of a jockey wheel and a nut and bolt through the little plate.
  17. I always put a longer bolt in the handlebar clamp, they only go in about 4mm with the standard one, so if you put on in that uses up all the threads it has about 7-8mm of threads to screw into, so it's far less likely to crack.
  18. Those Kamel frame's are a terrible design though, and the the workmanship is worse than any Deng or Koxx frame. I'd day the best bike would be something like a Rockman Isis or a Hydroxx 2. Don't break all that often, have really nice geo and look amazing.
  19. Havn't they got like a -10 bb though? Definately the best Mission I've seen to date though, hope you get on with it.

    Ram Help :s

It's always best to keep them in pairs, but for the amount Ram costs these days, may aswell get 4gb. You'll need to know the maximum MHZ rating your motherboard can run though, I'm pretty sure you can run ram with too high a rating, but not too low.... Krisboats is the guy to ask though, he knows all about Ram and it's magical properties.
  21. Is this actually true? He must have raped and killed a Pre-member or something, gets 3 years, he'll be back in 2.

    Heatsink Pads?

I'd wait for the TNN CRMs mate, I hear they're going to be really good. It's a revised compound of the original I believe, and there is a LOT of testing going on. In the mean time buy some Citrus pads to tie you over, they wear fairly fast but work well enough.
  23. I didn't think you needed one for push bike trials? I never had one and didn't realise. I did motorbike competitions for 4 years, only had the license for one. The fact of the matter is that the bloke at the van couldn't give a shit what you write down, if you get found out it's your own fault.
  24. You'll all do fine, they were really easy when I did mine three years ago, and they'll probably be even easier now. When we did the mocks they gave us papers from 5/6 years before, which were far harder, so we'd all fail and work really hard. I did revise, nothing like as much as I should have done though, and I came out with 3 As, 5 Bs and 3 Cs. Get revision guides and start working through them now, then in the week before the exams just keep leafing through them to keep it fresh, you'll do fine! EDIT: It might be an idea to get your coursework done during the year though...
