  1. I don't get it... I post a link to a torrent and get a warning and my posts edited by mods... You lot are saying use limewire and bittorrent etc and that's fine? BitTorrent on Wikipedia - A great way of getting Trial Software. A good BitTorrent Client is uTorrent. And a good place to find the torrents of the Trial Software is Mininova BitTorrent is 100% legal, it's just a way of sharing files, a lot quicker than downloading from a website... as long as you download the Trial software and nothing that is copyright etc.
  2. You're going through every bike I was first gonna get. First I looked at the T-raptor, then the Woodstock Rex Spec-1. Finally settled on an Echo Control. Costs a bit more, but will hopefully save me some money in the long run as it wont fall apart straight away!
  3. Here you go... I've put it on YouTube so it's a bit easier to access. Youbube Linky
  4. Yeah heatsink. Just comes with the syringe and 2 tubes with the barbed fittings on
  5. Haha! That's the best towel whipping I've ever seen, you guys are pros!
  6. Nice, cheers for that. I was debating which tyre to get and that has swayed my decision towards these. I'll probably get the £50 pair off tarty bikes.
  7. I ride with Etnies... had 'em about 7 months and the soles are now getting shredded. Damn pins on my pedals Apart from that they're great to ride in!
  8. Nah, he didn't ask anyone for those. It was out the back of the Regent in the Car Park.
  9. I ride in Etnies and they've been ravaged! Lesson learnt... don't ride in expensive shoes
  10. You could find somewhere that has some pallets and ask someone if you can have them. My mate asked someone if we could borrow their pallets for a bit and he said we can take them!

    Bloody Chain

definately definately definately definately definately Sorry, I'm just posting this to look cool :$ But I've heard KMC make damn good chains.
  12. Hoorah! Nice to see someone who knows what they're doing with WebDesign! Nice layout, colour scheme, graphics and most of all... use of DIVs and CSS!!! Completely accessible P.S. How do you make those time-lapse photos? They look so slick!
  13. This is the correct way... your hands just have to harden up! Do you wear gloves? They might help.
  14. Yes you can It's not a 20" frame though You can get a 26" Mod Control Frame, but this is just a Stock really with a mod rear end.
  15. I got one with my Echo Control '06 forks, looks pretty small. Got a spare one with my Echo headset too, you can have it for the postage cost if you want? Might fit, worth a try.
  16. Load up your image to be edited... Select the area to be coloured, do this with either the magic wand tool or the lassoo tool (they're the simlest ones anyway). If you hold shift while selecting other bits it will be added to the selection. Then goto layer > new adjustment layer > hue/saturation... name your layer.... i.e. rear rim (whatever you just selected) Now tick the 'colorize' box and change the hue about to change the colour. You may also need to change the lightness and saturation. When you're done, click ok. If you want to change the colour again later just double click on the adjusment layer to bring up the hue/saturation window.
  17. Now trying to fit my headet, having some trouble getting the cups in straight. I've got an Echo headset with the sealed bearings so it's annoying tapping it in without hitting down on the bearings. Anyone had some experience fitting these headsets? It keeps going off a bit and whatever we do to hit the other side in it wont budge. So tap it out and try again! EDIT: Finally done it! Our main problem was keeping it all solid when we hit it with the mallet. Once there was no "bounce" when hitting it in, it went in a lot easier Also use a nice hard wood, chipboard worked crap! Just thought I'd share this as to help others who maybe doing it. Cheers, Fyfey
  18. Never tried foam grips, I'm using some DMR Zip Grips which seem pretty good.
  19. Sorry that link was to an old version... I've found version 7 (the latest one) *COUGH* URL REMOVED *COUGH* I really need to sort that dodgy cough out
  20. Just that they're not very strong/reliable I think. Plus it's a lot easier to replace a front freewheel if it breaks than replace the rear hub! And front freewheels tend to have a lot more engagment points compared to the deng freehubs!
  21. These are my prefered shoe for riding trials: The classic Wellington Boot!
  22. Maybe because they cost loads more. You're gonna start a Maggies vs Vees debate saying things like that!
  23. I think they use ebay as a clearance shop. Getting rid of old stock at bargain prices
  24. I heard Adobe Premiere is good video editing software *COUGH* URL REMOVED *COUGH*
  25. haha Yeah I heard the deng freehubs were a bit dodgy. I'll probably get a deng fixed hub (can't afford a King). And a Tensile freewheel or something like that.
