I had a KHE, it was fine (a bit of a stiff link when I fitted it, but nothing that bad). After a lot of stretch to the point the snail cams were maxed out, I got a KMC. I must say that the KMC felt so much nicer, I swear it makes my bike feel alot more responsive. That's my experience anyway... why don't you just get a new KMC? Every chain stretches after a while and if it was OK until now then a new one would be fine, surely? You don't HAVE to get a different one.

You can pick up a bleed kit from Heatsink Bikes for £8.50! Link I've bled my brakes with about a 1:1 water/antifreeze mix. Works lovely and shouldn't freeze in the winter!

I went for 26" because I've always ridden mountain bikes... some people might choose 20" because they ride BMX and it's more farmiliar to them. I suppose it's all down to personal taste, and what feels/looks best to you. There's no wrong or right! Have a go on some bikes and see which you like best.

I literally just finished putting on my new Maxxis Minion Dual-Ply 2.5 Slow Reezay 40a. I was running the Super-tacky Highroller which was also good. The minion has slightly beefier tread (but highroller rolls faster on streety stuff). What am I doing on here? Quick... lets ride!!!

I've just replaced my Snowy's on the front with some Rock Greens. They're on an old grind and my god they grab well. Maybe a bit to well for the front, I like a bit more modulation. Should be OK once it's worn a bit though. Not quiet though!

Can you trackstand and rock back and forth (basically stay in one spot). The way I learnt to backhop was to ride forward, pull the front brake and do a small endo, then as the back wheel comes back down, hold the back brake and lean back pulling back on the bars to bring the front up. As you come back have your knees bent and extend them as you come up to the balance point to hop. Try looking on www.trashzen.com for more techniques. As someone else said, Ryan Leach, The Art of Trials is a good DVD for basic and more advanced skills.
