The plunger is a bit more reason for concern. Officially you can't really put pistons back into the lever when they pop out as you've got a fair chance that the seal lip flips inside out or gets damaged and you've got a leak. If that's the case, the only thing you can do really is replace the complete master assembly. Errr

start with a tiny drill bit just to give you a pilot hole, it will have to be dead centre though then once you have the pilot hole just go up on drill sizes until its out, id imagine itl be 4 mm or 5mm
