ive realised how much sugar is in fresh orange juice. probably the 'best kind' if theres such a thing. im wondering why ive never heard anyone mention drinking fresh orange juice to replenish energy, i.e. if your doing endurance exercise. cus half a litre of orange juice has like 45g of sugar in or something like that.

i worked in a bar which had its regulars which drank on a daily basis. they all had some sort of largely worrying problem. for instance 1 was a druggie who got all his money from supplying and was constantly high. another had so much drink he had a stroke and an irregular heart beat and continues to drink still. so an alcoholic in my eyes is also a massive loser

my pro2 hub shell cracked, and i phoned hope. they said send it to us to have a look at it. i got it back with the newer shell which was the 07 one. the rest of the hub was the same. ie they just replaced the cracked shell

i was speaking to some foreign friends of mine who were hit regularly (weekly or so) by their parents. and ofcourse they live in healthy societies. parents here can give a little slap, but not cause a bruise. i mean wtf is that? im not saying parents hitting us will straighten this country out. its just lost the plot with being overly tolerant. who can relate to todays society? if i were to speak to some stranger like id talk to my mates id probably get some claims put against me.
