theres a strong link with taking naps through the day and problems like heightened risk of diabetes and heart disease etc. hormone levels are messed about with when you take naps. so you might get probs with metabolism if you says it makes you feel healthier then great, but i dont think were "meant" to sleep through the day

after 1hr of exercise, 80% of your energy comes from fat. doesnt have to be vigorous, but does have to be CV. you can just elevate your heart rate slightly, say to 120. its mega boring though. like amazingly boring.
