i sold my 06 T-bird for £170. Mine was in very good shape with only one or two scratches on the downtube. If its in good nick, you should be able to sell it for around the same price. Just advertise it on here, if not then go for ebay. That tends to work. But make sure you have a reserve of about £150 on it.

i had my first proper shin dig about a week or two back and i just washed it off. After that i just got back on the bike and focused on my riding. that way your mind is taken off the injury and hey presto. also i cut the back of my leg quite badly and just kept on riding. EDIT: In other words, just get up and ride live with the pain. Pain is ur friend. Woah that sounds dodgy reading it.

Im not going to be going but make this a ride for Beau. After all he did ride brum a lot.

currently getting it off steam at the moment. Cant wait to own all my mates. used to play this at the end of school and at lunch when i found out the password for the gaming acount. Those were the days. used to play TF1 not TF2.

Its currently looking like their may be one next year. It went without a hitch this year apart from the pallets. i.e had to pay for lorry.

play quite a lot i got a 6th form game coming up on wednesday. can't wair for it.

Ministry of sound make good mp3's with great sound capabilities. the only problem is that they are expensive.

im currently running 22/21 and im finding that im doing a lot more than i could on 22/18

Yeah but thats downstairs. I have a few things that i would use. I could use my 34" 26oz softball bat. I could use my Kendo training sword or i could just go with my cat. seriously she is lethal. if you were to throw her at someone she would attack them.

Natural riding

I got them off the way skoze had said. It was brilliant. Seriously easy. I did modify the method a bit. I used boiling water a screw driver and the brake lever. Soaked the grip whilst the screw driver was stuck between the grip and handlebars. then i used the brake lever to pull it off. cheers for the help.

i take 2 citirizine hydrochloride everyday and my hayfever seems to go away. i don't tend to have hay fevers' normal symptoms. i tend to have shortness of breath whenever im near something that has a lot of pollen. Now i take the tablets it seems fine.

As Title says really. I am runnung a 22 on the front and am going to single speed. i just want to know what size would be best or would it be easier to scrap the 22 and go for something completly different.

shall we see if they could make a documentary about trials for us That would really boost the sport. Theirs plenty of people and i bet lots of people would meet up if they were going to be on TV.

Hiya, My grips are stuck on my handle bars and me or my dad couldnt get them off. Is their a trick that i could do or something to take them off.
