i prefered nemesis to flava mainly because of what they acheived. They did it all on their own whereas flava had a dance teacher and a studio. Thats not a proper street dance crew. Fair do's, nemesis' last dance was quite crap but they did have less than 24 hours to put it all together. all im going to say is that they have balls. they tried something new rather than doing something people had already seen.

What i am going to say is, follow what the police have said. But to find out where the bike is hidden arrange to go see the bike and 'check' if its in working condition. Then take a picture of the bike and where it is hidden. At that point i would then show the police the pictures and details of the place and person. After that you should get your bike back. Once you have it back can i say that you should get it security chipped by the police or your local bike shop so if it gets nicked again they can follow the chip.

Can i just say that the winner of this competition has been told not to dance anymore. He has a curveture of the spine which is cutting off certain nerves to his brain when he dances. In his last performance he went blind in one eye whilst dancing hence why their was no interview at the end. but he is a stubborn git and is going to dance.

Pretty much all the advice from above but if you want anything to help out your back if it happens again then you should use neurofen gel i believe its called. The stuff worked a treat on my back.

i back hopped for the first time yesterday in reading. Its brilliant their, theres stuff for the beginners their aswell as the advanced. you'd love it.

AS much as i want to ride reading again, i can't make it. Rents being gay and said i have to do revision for my exams before i do anymore proper riding.
