  1. found an awesome treestump today the ground was very soft though
  2. a few years ago it was the sections fault he failed a gap but the gap was on very high obstacles and gravity did its work he even told in some interview that the sections are getting too dangerous and its unnecessary to build so dangerous/high obstacles
  3. this arguing is pointless what we should do is think how we or UCI could make things better so everyone could be happy imo first thing that needs to be sorted is judges, they get paid for being one but some of them dont even know all of the rules (its not all of the judges though, some of them are really good)
  4. how stiff is the frame compared to alu and Ti frames? and whats the weight of the paint? as 1.68kg is quite light for a steel frame and without paint it would be even lighter
  5. bike looks clean and simple btw are you still competing? going to ride any UCI comps this year?
  6. http://www.photobysergio.fr/benito-ros-heubach.html vid of Benito from that comp
  7. im 6ยด2" and I think Dani Comas is as tall as I am or slightly taller so I guess its ok
  8. I agree with you but this time the problem was that a lot of stuff was impossible and everyone had to dab or try and crash
  9. author of the video: seems that he didnt include all the dabbing in the mud and showed us only the good stuff maybe thats why the video was so short
  10. wet logs at 3m height while your tires are covered with mud are quite dangerous yes
  11. on that picture the platform is tied to the trees so it wont move and its said in UCI rules that moving obstacles are not allowed for safety reasons
  12. 20" finals are on right now and 26" finals will start soon link for live results: http://www.uci.ch/templates/BUILTIN-NOFRAMES/Template3/layout.asp?MenuId=MTYxODc&LangId=1
  13. you need better dorsiflexion http://www.mikereinold.com/2013/03/ankle-mobility-exercises-to-improve-dorsiflexion.html dont squat heavy until you can do it properly or else you will **** up your back and trust me you dont want to do that
  14. this I really love how he moves, favourite rider for sure
  15. I find it important to leave some stuff moveable for example moving a triangle in another place will get a lot of new options
  16. looks good but how is the rear brake without the booster?

I am a basher, kinda and tryall parts have been good I try to change parts before they break though, I hate when I cant do a certain move because my chain, bar or bb could snap for example I change chains every 4 weeks because they snap in 6-8 weeks bars, stems and cranks every season

    back pain

most likely you have tension in your muscles its not necessarily in your back, it could be in your quads or hamstrings. the problem is when those muscles are under tension that they pull your pelvis in a bad angle which will affect your spine and some nerve canals will be under stress, which causes the back pain rest and stretching help like others have noticed in this thread with their back problems to avoid it warm up and keep your back warm when riding and also stretch AFTER EVERY RIDE, people are lazy and usually dont do that
  23. its really hard to ride with that thing on, I couldnt see well enought and thought im just going to ride into those tyres when doing the pedal up
  24. modern combat is mainly in urban areas so the army thought its great to have soldiers on bikes
