Your technique looks fine :) Cant see anything that needs changing except maybe preload abit more just before you go then really throw yourself towards the bars and take the bike with you :) And is that a sidehop bar I see :)

Not really, when I dont make a sidehop going to both wheels I normally slip to my drop out or crank/pedal and just jump off.....

If its .avi then use WinAvi video convertor and convert it to DVD which will save it in a video TS folder.... Then use Nero burning rom and drag all them files into the video ts folder and click burn ;)
