How bad is it? If you have only cros threaded it you might be able to tap it again...... but if you ripped the pedal out get soem new cranks!! P.S no one by this bike off him....

Get the "proper tool" and put it in a vice clamping the sprocket and with a big arse pole turn it with ease

Ben it needs a bit of tweaking bit i think your onto a winner there i think an overlay would be too messy but erm pherhaps a blocked/thicker lettering instead of that one or maybe just thicker.... and the heatsink is not in line now as it was for the bottom now it is up. try it underlining the "heatsink bikes". EDIT: after another look change the black white around on the heatsink bikes and have the innovation in motion in block white
