Yes the process up above shows you how to take off the laquer (laquer is a clear protective coat that stops your paint from chipping). Once you have done that you can begin spraying PAINTING FRAME CLICKY So yeah have a good old read and make sure you understand fully before doing it......best thing is get you parent to help (Dad is your best bet).
