You need: 1.) a specific C.V (alot of people hand in a general one saying that they acheived gold in their school olympics, they don't wanna know that they wanna know why you should have the job and not the other guy) 2.) Personal statement again (this should be specific to the job) 3.) A letter explaining why you want the job and why your the best man fo the job so Bob (other applicant) can drop dead as he cannot multi task or lick his toes or somthing. 4.) Always hand them to the manager (your new boss), this stops any applications being left at the front desk and you also make a big impression. Dress appropriatly (SP) and ensure your polite and friendly. 5.)ensure your number/adress/e-mail is somewhere on these pieces of paper (should be on your C.V) And hey presto all you have to do is sit and wait after that young man I'm sure there will be a "interview" thread haha Hope i helped Tom

Ifintitys are very good for sound quality although are quite pricey at £79.99 they can be bought at any hlafords, as for your set up you want to got for 3 way speakers as the give a clearer/ quality sound rather than bass. So look out for 3 way, and i'd say alpine up front infintiy on the shelf And a good ole sub like me (just fitted mine well happy with it..... although the neighbour told me off Tom Hope i helped

didn't the women say what if i die on the way home?? lolz I think half of it could be true as like i say his live shows are explained and shown how its done however this last one was more like behaviour with the cash but the lottery stuff was nto explained at all but still weird

Yeah the whole dedication i was a bit If that is real he must of felt really guilty!!! haha but to be honest his live act which was all mind tricks was brilliant and completely all a trick of the mind, he put the thoughts into their heads without realising, saying numbers randomly they didn't even notice He is abit good at it TBF..... Right i am still a newbie in the trials world and i have so many ups and downs and most of the downs being my bike and the amount of money spent on repairs/ new parts. I have improved and i love the sport but due to finincial issues i think i might have to sell up as it costs too much and as i am now driving it has higher priority ATM. The money side i understand and it is more fustrating than anything. The next thing is the most important, about 8 weeks ago i did a 7ft? ish drop and i was still average at drops then and my technique was poor and f**ked it over, i recently attempted a 9ft drop and slipped off and now my ankle hurts even if i land on it a little hard........ I will have to consult a doctor as it only hurts when pressure is placed in a certain area. Anyway i am unsure on whether to quit or not? i have a lack of time and money does not go very far and i am in pain most of the time when riding?? What should i do Help? f**k this forum!!!

I found that when i was learning to pedal up "backwheel" I alwways threw my arms up stmaped on the last pedal turn as hard as i could and stuck my arse out and bike up!!! I can do like 32-34" backwheels after 7 odd months of riding. so yeah try that Tom

No.... 1. it is just generic to frun the chain line on the right hand side. 2. the freewheel would not engage or freewheel' the right way.... Tom

I am rigth foot forward. and i have now learnt to sidehop to the left but i can go either way. As for my preload i seem to dip to little or too much and my kick throws my weight back and onto the back whell so i end up landing on my rear wheel. When should the kick start? As my preload is coming back up or just as it finishes?

Hey guys i have been actually trying to get a lil better at sidehops as i think it's about time i started to vary my moves Anyway had it to a T in portsmouth doing 30" + about a week ago but now i can barely do 26", I seem to always wanna land on my back wheel and i seem to go to lean too far over to the wall and end up loosing balance..... Really confused with the kicking bit and when to do it Any big pointers???? Much thanks Tom
