Are you using standard Magura clamps? That could be the problem

Don't tighten the bolts. It'll strip the threads in your frame. Don't bother. Get longer bolts.

Truvativ gigapipe. I've had mine for getting on a year and a half now, not failed my once! Get one from CRC.

I used 4.5" disks. Big enough to get all the sidewall, but small enough that it doesn't catch the tyre.

Get a new rim would be the best advice.

T-birds are for 19" wheels. Just had a look

On some basic Mod(20") bikes, it has 20" wheels front and rear, so the rear magura mounts will be higher up on the frame to suit the larger wheel, so a 19" won't fit- so it's hard to upgrade frames. On most mod bikes, the rear wheel and brake placement is suited to 19" and is, therefore, easier to change frames as all modern frames have brake mounts to suit a 19" wheel. Hope that's shed some light.
