    Grinds are certainly NOT COOL. My smooth rim has never stuck with tar but plenty of my ground rims have slipped ending up with me in pain.

    I have an Acer aspire one notebook and its really good. however lots of acers have a problem where the screen just goes black and has to be returned for repair...

    Put it in the vice with chain wrapped round it and tighten it right up, you should be able to use the leverage from the wheel to get it off fine
