  1. That was awesome, but the tailwhips got very repetitive. Good filming and song choice too
  2. I'm not exactly what you'd call 'smooth' but it's not like I'm ramming my bikes at walls. I think that the thicker innertube has made a difference. I did get once pinch but I deserved that one I'll definatly be getting a dual ply tyre next time though
  3. From the few riding clips it looks good, make a full video And be more patient, it was lees than an hour
  4. Good video but I thought it was going end at about 3 minutes in then it kept going. Amazing riding though, love sidehops from bot wheels
  5. Yea, pretty much the only days I'm not able to is from the 16th to 23rd of August, so I'll be riding in Reading a fair bit. Any takers for Wednesday still? Edit: Riding Sunday instead
  6. Can't do today, but if anyone's riding weekdays I'll almost definatly be able to
  7. It's beyond ridiculous now, just had my 23rd within 5 minutes. I'm on the verge of quittin now because it seems pointless putting time and money in a sport if I can't even ride the bike. That sounds pathetic. That's a £9 tube pinched just as easy as the halfords one. And it's not like I'm doing huge drop gaps off buildings. Out of curiosity how many pinches does Damon Watson get?
  8. Maxxis Minion 2.35 single ply. A Highroller dual ply will probably be my next though
  9. Okay, due to lack of people coming changing to Reading on Sunday, 11 at the station. Hopefully more people will be able to make it.
  10. That's what I'd done and I continued getting pinches I'm using about 35psi now which seems to be preventing the pinches. Hopefully the quest for pinch free rides is nearing success.
  11. Put the Maxxis DH tube in today with talcum powder. There was a few sharp edges on the rim so sanded them down. Rode it today and didn't get any pinches which has become abnormal but hopefully it will become the normal. Hoping for a lot more puncture free rides now. Thanks for all the advice, just to see if it's made a real difference now.
  12. I'm going to read a good book and instead of using a bookmark I'm going to dog-ear the page.
  13. The pinchs I've been getting vary from about 3mm slits to 7mm. Sometimes they're close enough together that I'm able to use one big one and that'll hold it or I'll use two of the really small ones. And I've been fixing them, I've used three different inner tubes in the last week and five days but one was an old one because I keep punctured ones in case a valve brakes and I really need one. I'll look at the rim, it is ground but it's pretty worn out now. Hopefully that'll help. I also bought a Maxxis DH tube and again, hopefully that'll help. Thanks for all the replys
  14. Yes, what differnce would that make? I'm using about 30psi at the moment, should I go higher? Thanks for the replys
  15. Basically I'm getting tonnes of pinch punctures. I didn't really want to have to make a thread about it but desperate times call for desperate measures. There's a wall that I've been able to get up for about 4 months, yet everytime within the last week I've got a pinch trying it. I'm using a new Maxxis Minion with a Halfords innertube. I wrapped the tube up with a cut old inner tube but that also doesn't seem to have worked. Any I don't get to ride with people a lot, so is it normal for a pinch to be two holes about a centimeter apart? Help please Thanks
