  1. Snap chain goes flying of to the left. He was so so so lucky with that.
  2. Jack leave it out, you got put back in here your not one to give advice...
  3. Chainsn tyres and grips aren't expensive. Taking your bike apart isn't hard and it gets easier every time you do it, plus if you look after it, it'll look after you.
  4. The rotor comes of this. 5.7kg complete bike.
  5. Theres an image of a carbon rotor on the 20th anniversary addition of MBUK, don't ask me how i remember these things but i do. Its more drilled and refined than your beast though. I cant find my copy but its on the top 10 mtb innovations page. Found it
  6. http://www.virtualvillage.co.uk/items/item...ELAID=190621946 Any help? http://www.rapidonline.com/Electronic-Comp...source=googleps Think this one is more likely.
  7. Its oiled based... so your rims will still be far worse than they could be as was said.. everyone thinks white spirit and wd40 are miracle cures, THERE NOT!!
  8. Thats not possiable, when there bikes explode they'll feel stupid, my bike gets completely stripped down every other week, sometimes every week. If i've done anything that involves dirt, grit or sand it gets taken apart cleaned and re greased. And i replace parts usually months before they wear out Especially chains and tyres, although i like worn grips but thats just me. If it aint broke, take it apart and have a look so you know what to do if it does brake.
  9. You obviously have no idea then. Changing seals is no big job and you only learn by trying, so if the brake needs it go for it, although you'll probably want to re bleed the brake afterwards. You shouldn't have to bed it in again. Although try not to get fluid on your pads or they'll need replacing and then you will have to re bed the brake. http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=2509 There's the lever seals.
  10. How on gods earth did you make that dent, looks like a gouge to be honest. Well comp bikes what do you expect...
  11. HS33's are a bargain are £20 those aren't really.
  12. Yep, my tactic aswell, just be careful not to slip and stab yourself OR A FRIEND IN THE FACE! excuse me psycho moment
  13. Well i'de presume so, not trying to be a cock honest question, what did you think he meant?
  14. Good to see even more new faces and as said don't post for sale or wanted topics until your validated which, by the looks of things, wont be long. Good bikes for you completely depend on various things. Your riding style- street, natural or comp style riding. Your weight to strength ratio, if you want something strong and light its going to be more expensive than something that is only strong or only light. Your price range, if your looking to buy new you will get alot less for your money than using ebay or the for sale section of the forum. and the most importand one Your preferance really none of us can tell you what you should and shouldn't ride, only you can decide what best fits your style and what you feel most comfortable on. Welcome and i hope i've been some help. Davey.
  15. Ha ha ok, i acctually spent time trying to find something. I was confused. News of any sort anyone?
  16. This confuses me on many levels.
  17. My thoughts exactually, i got rid of my hope because my bb5 had so much more power.
  18. I walked into my dopr ... and fell aslepp on the flor for half an hour LOL sleepy time.
  19. Do you ride mod (20") or stock (26") ?
  20. They look alot brighter in the second image. And i'm guessing speed bumps hate you? I quite like it.

    Euro Bb

Euro BB in bmx terms don't have threads, there like headsets there press in. This may be different for other things though. The Euro bit signifys the size of the acctual bearing, theres euro, spanish just to name a few. Theres a topic on the "other" forum, explaining it. Heres a link. http://www.bmx-forum.co.uk/forum/index.php?showtopic=3019 I'm not sure if this is what your looking for but i hope it helps in some way. This is an example of what i mean although looking i have seen threaded euro bb's. http://www.alansbmx.com/product_info.php?c...roducts_id=2270
  23. Its not only clever but i think its quite pretty, pretty in the way an engine or something mechanical is. I prefer the looks of it to any other lever if i'm quite honest. I don't know if you can aswer this but is thier a way to adapt it to certain disabilities, for example loss of fingers on both hands or something along those lines? And, Is there a loss of modulation with this? I can't see why they would be but i'm interested. I'm not disabled myself but with a disabled parent i really really admire what your doing, its one thing to think about it but acctually doing it takes devotion and your quite an inspiration.
