  1. Hear, hear. I am guilty of speeding, as most people who've ever driven are, I'm sure. I've not once moaned about the speed limits or penalties for breaking them. They are there for a reason. And remember kids, it's a speed LIMIT not a speed TARGET.
  2. You're boasting about living somewhere that your property isn't safe? My BMX has been locked outside Lime Street station in the centre of Liverpool for about two months now (just haven't bothered going to get it) and it's still there as I had left it. You llive in Sefton anyway, you mong.
  3. Are you taking the piss? You wont be saying that if a member of your family gets hit by somebody travelling 50mph in a 30mph zone.

    Jobs?

    Network Rail, Signaller.
  5. I'm suprised nobody has said this yet as it was my first thought on the matter. Go down to where your intended target is with the necessary cutting equipment and get busy, if you happen to be disturbed by any authorative figure then your answer is simple: "It's my bike, I lost the bunch of keys that had my only lock key on a few weeks ago. I hoped they'd turn up so I could save my lock but they didn't. In the mean time my bike has been ransacked because it's been here over night for three weeks. I'm just trying to salvage what's left of my property." And it's yours...
  6. Have they rested your deposit with a government approved third party and provided you with evidence of this? As of April last year this has been a legal requirement to stop people being f**ked over for their deposits. Agents and landlord face substantial fines if they don't do this. Most crap letting agents still don't do it. Where am I going with this??.. You could use this as leverage over them and issue a county court claim against them and include your £25 among other costs you've occured. The sum soon adds up and they'll be throwing your money back at you.
  7. You're right really. The definitions are a bit vague though. I would still be tempted to distance the issue of racial discrimination from racial hatred though. If you understand what I mean.
  8. People like to spout off and be righteous, particularly when they feel they can't be challenged. I think the you all need to go and do your research on the party before jumping to your ridiculous tabloid sensation conclusions. The problem the BNP suffer from isn't that it's an extreme group or racist organisation, just that it's a bold enough party to tackle serious social issues that alot of people feel strongly about. As such they attract some members, a very small minority with very extreme views, since this is the nearest they will ever get to being represented politically in any major way. The only evidence of bigotry, intolerance, inhibition of free speech and plain general ignorance I see here is coming from the slim-wits who are shouting their mouths off about this party.
  9. Are you serious? He lives in Abingdon and you're in Warrington. Do think he's going to drive all the way up to borrow some weights? And posting them is going to cost more than the actual weights.
  10. Get a chin bar at home or something. Who said weights sets had to cost hundreds of pounds? Are you looking at solid gold dumbells or something? If you want cheap get down to your nearest second hand store, places like that allways have sets of free weights and stuff in there. If you're too tight for that just use things you find around the house, use your imagination.
  11. Any cheap, crap, old bike, as long as it has tall enough gears and rolls. Just get out and cycle, it's good cardio work, should be ok on your ankle and it's free once you've got the bike. Check out your local free ads or gumtree site, someone might even be giving an old bike away.
  12. Try different length bottom brackets? Space out your chain ring? Is there any room to move the sprocket around on the hub? Are you using a dedicated single speed sprocket with big deep teeth? Regular sprockets can sometimes cause problems with the shifting ramps on them enabling the chain to slip off easily.
  13. Nobody has raised the issue of efficiency or actual power delivery yet. Everyone knows they use belt drive on motorbikes but I don't see these things being used on Moto GP bikes for example. I'm guessing for the two reasons I've already mentioned.
  14. For the serious cyclist after a performance machine, then this system is a no. For the casual rider or commuter who won't appreciate the difference in efficiency or ride over a quality 'traditional' machine, but enjoys the novelty, then this bike might keep them happy.

    Day Insure

If this car is a 'project' as you say, then I'm guessing it needs some work on it, so does it have tax and MOT? Since these are also on the police database you'd still be running a risk (though with slightly less severe consequences) if you got just the insurance and drove it. Pesonally, I'd just drive it back and hope I didn't get spotted.
  16. The ironing is delicious. I see this more like sport fishing than dueling, if you catch my drift.
  17. If you sidestep any further I think you might fall off that flat planet of yours.
  18. So, by your reasoning, would I be right in assuming that you'd be in favour of, for example, reducing the severity of sentences for people who commit crimes whilst under the influence of alcohol. After all, it is partly to blame.
  19. Ben. Benny. Benjy. I'll admit I only skimmed your above article. Some people seem to think it might just be psychological...
  20. "You're pathetic!" "You're scum!" "I pay for your kid while you're smoking drugs!" The man just shouts at poor people for a living. I don't like Jeremy Kyle or the people that typically appear on his show yet I'm allways compelled to watch it. Everyone loves a freakshow I suppose.
  21. I'll say it again. You made a statement about me intending to antagonise and which served only to enforce negative and inacurate stereotypes. I pointed out that this is a narrow-minded way to be. Regardless of whether you believe it or not you are still empowering the perceived truth behind the statement.
