There is no such thing as powerful enough, for example vee brakes were "powerful enough", but now everyone uses discs...

If you want an old school frame with 400mm stays go for something like a giant, I still love mine, but it was killing my back.

Those are the second generation of giant forks, far better quality. The brake is even better now I changed to a 38mm DX32 and lx arms (no parallel pish) feels wooden.

Glucosamine sulphate is useful for joint problems, also stretching before you ride is very good for you.

I'd just like to congratulate the whole british team on their impressive performance. To show what I mean: in expert 5 out of the top 12 were british.

He did come up short and chucked the bike so he wouldn't get bucked, I think it was Matt Hunter, it's definitely a canadian freerider who's fairly good.
