  5. SHHH, *wisper* because if we tell ben moore we need to be there at 10, we'll get there about 10:30-11ish. If we told him 11, we'd end up rocking up at gone midday. *wisper*
  6. Right now its getting closer its probs time to sort out meeting times etc. Plan is to meet in the old train station carpark. Costs around £4 for a full day. As you enter West Bay go straight over at the mini roundabout passed the first car park on the left. Take the next left and just after 'The West Bay' hotel is the car park. I'll be there about 10 so see you all there. Turn up late? 07961749886, give me a ring and il let you know where were riding cheers, Josh
  7. Going to miss this one too. Rubbish
  8. Ben is back on maggie too now. God we havnt all ridden together in ages have we?!
  9. Exactly the same story for me. Ran them on an Onza Ronnie rear rim with sharp medium grind and they were awesome. Im now running a VIZ! rim which holds a grind about as well as cheese.
  10. They are really decent frames. Im not a huge fan of the colour buts that easily sorted. Only thing id watch out for is that it is quite long, thats fine if your above 5,10". Just not so great for short arses like me
  11. There hasn't been trials there for a number of years now. So no real point in taking your bike Just go and get wasted
  12. Im touched. Im in your profile picture. big loveeeeeex

  13. Ultimatly everyone has a different style of filming, editing, and riding which needs to all be suited together to come together and make a good all round video I advise watching a number of videos of contrasting styles and seeing which best matches your riding style and tastes I highly recomend watching Any/all of Rowan John's webvids Ben Rowland's videos Rich Pearsons 'Street training' series Damon Watsons vids Ben Slingers newest vid (it should still be fairly recent in the video thread) The NBR videos Wherestheseat.com videos All of these vids showcase completly different riding, filming and editing styles but are all awesome to watch. Make a list of what you like from each of the films and try and use those touches in what you make. Take note of their use of: Intro/outro's changes of pace camera angles Use of any panning shots Breaks in the riding Music - both rowan and wts.com's vids use pretty alternative music but it always works well Also, make a vidoe as best you can, and then just ask for as much advice on it as possible. Its easier to make constructie critisism on something weve seen rather than telling you what to do from scratch without having seen your riding.
  14. So long as you can get it set up right then yeh it should be good. However, remember once you have rim brakes front and rear you are going to have no modulation with your brakes at all, especially if you are running a grind front and rear. Freewheeling down a hill and want to stop? skidding is your only option, in which case its goodbye tyres. I personally prefer front discs, sure they are a little heavier and the rotors can bent if you hit them. But i prefer to option to both modulate my braking and stop dead. Edit: I run an avid BB7 cable disc. Not a hope mono trial or any other hydraulic, i am not a fan of hydro discs in trials
  15. Best video of 2010 so far Insanely good riding well filmed and edited, seriously well done ali and mark - you have made my evening!

The sooner this gets into the full forum, the more help and advise you'll get. (once out, many full members rarely stray back into NMC) Hope it all goes well Josh
