yeh im almost due to replace the rear high roller and was tryin to find the same one with the red ring in 24" Think they discountinued that one, yeh thatll be right! Panarace ones look sweet tread pattern but thats a pretty intense red on that sidewall lol.

is there any trials specifi mags, or are they all ust the last 1-2 pages of local mountain mags?

22-16 is such a nice setup. I just went form 22-17 to 22-16 on my inspired thinking 1 tooth less wouldnt make that much of a deal......it didnt, but it just feels soo much smoother now, just spot on!

go to any hardware/electrical store and put a heatshrink or 2 over it, heat it with a lighter or hairdryer and done. edit: oops ali beat me too it. I also found the smallest size i could find, glued one end closed and gave it to a mate as part of his 25th bday present and told him he still might need to heat it up in case his rod was still too small. Has 100 uses

see im just not sure about whether these ones or if i go for another high roller but in 42a, as ive got the stiffer 60s. How do people find the 42a? super grippy? the 42a's, they dont have that red ring around the sidewall do they? some pics ive seen have it

yeh, the fire fr works out about 200g lighter than my current high roller. Thats another thing im not sure about....pinch flats

So yeah, just looking at a replacment for my 2.7" high roller.....came accross these panaracer fire fr's in 24x2.4" Anyone know if they are any good? Pattern seems pretty grippy.........

yes dont overtighten as I cracked mine too. Wouldnt say it was oooooverly tight, but when i had a fall and the handlebars smacked the concrete, i think the vibrating caused the clamp on the lever to crack. Under warranty though, just waiting for it to come back.. Replaced with an echo tr and can say they do slow leak, but nothing a small topup in the bleed hole cant fix every couple of rides
