  1. Post on them are too close to the rim=arms sticking too far out.Heatsinks or neons are the best.shimano deore(or xt´s if you wan´t to save some weight)avid sd 7 or SL lever, and linear slick outer cable/teflon inner cable.Oh and some good pads of course,I love my rockman bleas more than anything I´ve tried, second choice would be LGM´s.
  2. You won´t regret it if you choose the right parts of course
  3. Nah,they were discontinued for 2-3years,just got back into production.
  4. I´m heavy and my heatsink adaptors are holding up fine after year of use, just make sure you use booster too...
  5. I like it,there´s hole in the booster market for some quality Vee brake boosters.Hope the price is right though. Also, why not make it symmetric and use fixing bolts as other boosters have?
  6. You can get different sprocket if you have one with teeth in the centre of the sprocket.
  7. Because maggie isn´t best in any aspect,not lightest,not strongest,not easily servicable,anything...
  8. Oh believe you me,maggie would be my last choice.
  9. X2 isn´t very powerful so I would get something better.
  10. Heh,yeah I did,it is a brutal brake but I´m sure a lot of guys would actually like it a lot, shame they don´t produce them anymore and they weight a ton.
  11. There isn´t such a thing as overkill in trials in terms of power of brake.
  12. Yeah, you can get them cheaper now though as they were replaced by new flagship RO,but I think there was problem with caliper leaking when used for trials I would still prefer saint as I don´t care too much about the weight and like the design of it.Also, you can get one brand new for less than 85pounds here.
  13. Good quality one doesn´t,but it´s not easy to get the good quality these days.
  14. +1,it´s expensive, but well worth it,not easy to scratch really.
  15. Need to preload much much more.
  16. LOL I think it was Pisanka on 24
