  1. Yes,the rubber thing is the O-ring,you don´t wanna touch this, just the platic part of the piston. Also just like I said in the other thread, you can(and should) use some grease(vaseline) on it just not copper grease
  2. If you have this problem, there´s probably air in the system,so you should try to give it a new bleed
  3. No,copper grease is intended to use on metal parts(cranks/BBs) to prevent them from seizing only, lithium grease or any other standard grease yould be ok.
  4. WD 40 isn´t lube really, you should put some thin grease on pistons and use wd 40 only as cleanser.
  5. Did you lube the piston after cleaning? Also, isn´t the bolt which hold lever in place too tight?
  6. Or someone has a girlfriend?
  7. Unfortunately, this isn´t the case as there´s plenty of headsets just as good or even better(which don´t dig in you steerer tube like king does).I would say this is very important especially in case you use carbon forks http://www.peterverdone.com/wiki/index.php?title=The_BEST_Headset#Why_not_a_Chris_King_headset.3F .
  8. Maybe it´s just the photo and dust on the cup,but it looks like the upper cup isn´t fully pressed in?
  9. Sometimes brake lines can make simmilar noise,so I would take a look there
  10. What makes you think he isn´t?
  11. I have to agree it seemed a little suspect
  12. You´re getting more and more positive every day lately
  13. Using short piece of gear cable works better(as those bolts weren´t designed for thip purpose obviously)
  14. Sometimes both, but in this case, ripping of bike companies(sarcasm detector failed Ali?)
  15. Not very reliable method I have to say.
  16. That is very nice attitude LOL.
  17. Can´t wait for the vids of this!
  18. I used to have 26 typhoon, now I have 06 pitbull,so what do you think I would answer? It´s just unusual to use light and not very strong parts on such heavy duty frame.I know it´s nice to save few grams, but BB is prolly one of the most crucial areas just like handlebars so I personally wouldn´t try to save too much weight on those parts.BTW,really looking forward to se this fully build
