Aye if you head up to the nevis range there is a good couple hundread ton of rock armour and stuff in the river in all. Also a few wee bits dotted around the fort in all if you fancy a mix of street and nat. Give us a shout when your up if you fancy a blast.

After the comp on sunday my freewheel is playing up. Its very stiff now, so much so you can turn the wheel by peddeling backwards. Now I have taken it off and giving it a blast with some gt85 a good few times to clean the 5hit out of it. Thats helped abit but still really stiff. Tryed getting the lock ring off but it wont budge. Any ideas?
