Bascially his computer wont open anything...it all just stops and shows not responding or whatever and just freezes and dies...this happens on everything...ctrl alt dlete is practiaclly a no no aswell... I sent him some spyware prgrams and stuff.....done a scan...eveerything still the same... I then asked him...did u install the updates..no he tells me no.....so bascially he goes to install the updates..but because its all so slow he goes in safe mode with networking... Goes to install the updates...and it comes up with cannot install blah de blah...program may be damaged So... Why is comp not working and what can he do to fix it..?

Evening all, My computer is being a right COCK I dont use internet explorer, but somethings on my computer do use it.. For example on msn..if i go to my inbox..my hotmail opens in i.e also in msn if im going to play a game against someone..the games usually load via i.e anyways, yer well when it opens it shows this message and also it shows this Worsely those, if i open sumthing like"my cmputer" the message come up aswell and its stopping me from using some prgrams I have been on the symantec site, and done everything on how to repair it (i think) but no success B) But also on norton, it shows some things...but when i gop to delete them..it sais delete failed B) So Basically....how the f**k do i get rid of it :( a VERY PEED OF JOE CHEERS IN ADVANCE
