I started having this problem after i went from my T-Pro to the shorter A3 and, like you, i posted a topic up about and was really getting stressed out about it, even to the point where i was going to sell my frame after weeks of having it! What you need to do mate, is just see it through. Evenetually, you will automatically change your technique so that you stop hitting your thighs on your handlebars.
