I'm using a 18:15 on my because trial (which is standard) and its too light, i'd much rarther 18:14, keep your ratio its a good one!
Also if you used a 18:15 it would mess up where your brake pads hit the rim, hence why i havn't moved to 18:14

Looks a little far forward for me. I tried moving mine forward to the angle you have them now and found i lost ability to pedal kick as high, also made my wrists worse, all the other moves felt about the same, so i just moved them back.
If its on a different set of scales though it probally would be wrong. You could probally get a 100 different weights if you used a 100 different scales so it never really going to be accurate.
