Lucozade is the only option in my opinion. I think monster gets me awake and alert but it soon drains me and i start to feel less energised. Lucozade on the other hand makes me gives me energy for a long time and doesn't make me feel drained.

nice, I saw him in Leeds a bit ago and he had a neon bow.

I did the same thing to my echo team stem, snapped in the same place as this when I was dropping of a wall (in mid air)....... ouch Mine worked though and I have been riding with duck tape on it for about 3 weeks now. top job !

So much power, control, springiness, speed , strength Really insane riding and he is amazing at frenchies!

Re bleed your brake really good to make sure the pads push out enough to touch the rim easily. (sometimes you will find the bleed is just amazing and will touch the rim on fully loose tpa with ease) For the cylinders moving, I'd try get the washer nice and central to the clamps and make sure they have full contact with the claps. I had the same problems with my brake and I did the above^^ and it is now fine.
