Took a angle grinder to my Try-all rim a week back or so. Then filed it. Was easy, but bloody noisey so make sure you wear ear protection! Im yet to test it though.

Maybe... Still, watch it. Might just be the fact i was tired that I didnt find it brilliant. I'll watch It again later though.

A few people tend to say bb7s are not as powerful on the rear. MY opinion would to be to upgrade to something hydrolic.

Looks nice. But, what are they actually like to ride? Seen a few people like Nick Manning, PhatMike riding them. Do they just ride them becuase its part of sponsership or becuase they are genually a nice riding frame?

Since running it, I've ran 2 different sets of pads. Both with reasonable amount of material. Its not the pads wearing down silly quick If thats what your thinking. It'd be set-up nicely at the start of a ride, and by the end the TPA would be maxxed out and still come right into the bar.

Its a dam right pain! Just a bit weird that Magura cylinders don't work with Magura clamps!

Hey guys, Got a bit of a problem. Brought a brand new 2011 Magura HS33 and all i have ever had it problems! When i first bought it, i set up with with new pads (8mm of material) square against the rim as i could get it. Rode it for about 1-2 hours, and by the end of it the pistons had slowly worked there way out. The TPA was maxed out also. I was told by a fellow rider whom had the same problem with his echo cyclinder to file the little tabs away and it will clamp better. I cut the tabs of my standard Magura mounts and its still doing it! I was also told that maybe the bolts that i got with my booster were long, so I got the dremel out and cut a good 1-2mm off them. This still didnt worked. I have also tried wrapping a thin layer of electrical tape round both cylinders and putting the plastic washers on top. Hey guess what? This still didnt work. One of my mates has the same problem for his front one. Koxx Forks, Echo CNC mounts? Not sure if this makes a difference, but I have Onza Comp 2010, Standard magura mounts, Tensile booster, Onza 108 hole rim. Pretty annoying seeing as though i had to put my old 04 Magura back on, specially as I just spent all the money on it. So yeah, am I doing anything wrong? Help me! Sam.
