  1. Race type, Just normal destruction derby, oval ring, driving one way. Can't remember how many laps it was. Best cars to do it are Nissan bluebirds, Jaguars and Ford granadas IMO. Metro madness is pretty good fun too if you can get hold of a GTA. Just ended up being too much of a pain in the ass trying to get cars since the scrappage scheme was brought out.
  2. Used to do it, but got bored of it.
  3. Considering they're made from silicone, wouldn't they become slippery when your hands start sweating?
  4. Ok, thanks, I'll have a look at the pads now, and make sure to use the reply button in future so not to cause any confusion!
  5. Yeah, the chain tugs are temporary until I get some cams, only on there so I could get the caliper roughly where it needed to be. I'll have a go at bleeding the brake asap. Thanks. EDIT: sorry I was replying to the video.
  6. Doesn't make a difference, Tried that last night.
  7. I've just taken the leap and gone dual disk, but I'm having some problems aligning the rear disk. I'm using a ZOO! Lynx frame and my rear hub is a Monty 221 ti 07, And a Hope mono mini brake. Basically I just built it up last night and to get the calliper to get anywhere close to the disk I've had to use some washers, as the frame has been pulled into the wheel and throwing the mount out of line. Also, the lever hardly moves and has little modulation. Does it just require a new bleed? Does anyone know what I can do, or has anyone had the same problem? Here's some pics, If they're not clear enough or it would be more helpful to see from another angle then let me know and I can get some more.

  9. 'Rear hub brake' Is this from the future?
  10. But reputation vs a few quid/dollars ? And all the numerous threads that come up with nothing good to be said about trials-uk, EVER. Surely it's just common sense?
  11. Very nice! I think the forks and frame go together quite well IMO
  12. I've had a look at this before, the only place you're likely to get one is america.
  13. Yeah, I've got a Z510g and it's got bmx written on the box. Quick question, Obviously 1/8" , 3/16" and 3/32" are different sizes but does it make any difference what size you choose on a mod or any singlespeed for that matter?
  14. Yeah, very luckily someone local has one I can borrow.
  15. Anyone know of a good graphic equalizer? I used to have one with my creative driver but don't have that anymore so could really do with one.
  16. In that case, I'll wait to get the tr wheels. Thanks!
  17. Which is the same as a ZOO! one? I think...
  18. Well We'd need one already made from whatever to get a mould of it, so if there is enough demand then I'll look into it further.
  19. Thanks, looks like I'll be ordering some in the next week!
  20. Just spoke to matey, he'll be getting all his gear in about 2 weeks. As soon as that's all here I'll send out some PM's to the very generous people who said I could borrow their levers, and get moulding and making! As for the disk protector, who would actually buy one? Also, I'd need a few people to confirm they'd buy a carbon ashton seat before making. Regarding the Avid? lever or whatever one it was, do you mean the lever blade or the whole lever? Anyone who is certain they'd want a lever, Please PM me with the lever you need.
  21. Yeah, I did mean allen bolts, as for adjusting cups I've never had unsealed hubs before so I'll have to find a guide on how to do that.
