great advice on my first ( and only) comp , i was too serious about it and nervous .. i also thought i would do really well ( i didn't ) but i still enjoyed it and want to go to loads more next year

sorry to hijack your thread a bit ozzy but .. does anyone know the smallest tyre like upwards from the rim ( not the width ) because my kenda has to be right far back to fit the chain and not rub against the frame cheers
