I have been riding now for just under a year and I’m on handlebar height kind of stuff at the moment, but I have noticed that the main thing holding me back is confidence. Especially when I’m out in the street and people are watching. Also the fear of falling, when I do fall it doesn’t bother me the slightest so I have no idea why makes me underperform in the first place Has anyone ever been in a similar situation? Or does anyone have any tips on how to focus 100% and ignore everything/everybody? Any tips or tricks for confidence boosting would be much appreciated, Cheers Theo

Hmm.. It would be worth me going for 160 seen as though im not brill at riding, would this still be enough to stop me in all scenarios bearing i mind I wont be doing any massive stuff?

I list products on a office equipment suppliers website and in house system. Basically putting numbers and little pictures on to a computer.I have spent the past 2 months listing paper. Every possible colour in every possible paper size, some with dots around the edge etc.. Its pretty long and boring (8:30am - 6:00pm), and mininum wage, but hey, it's money! porn?

How do you remove the pad compound from the aluminium backing? When I took off my maggie from my handle bars I unscrewed the bolt all the way out. When I tried to screw it back in it snapped the clamp device clean in half. How can this be avoided? Pretty bored at work so any help is much appreciated.

I think its the file type my cam records in. It's MPEG-4. Im going to give the Adobe one a bash if I cant convert it without loosing too much quality. It's a decent laptop, so I don't think (hope) an upgrade is needed.
