    Anyone got some spots to add in London. Also, I've tried to add the amazing blocks next to Brunel Lock, Hotwells in Bristol several times. It keeps getting removed. Wow - where are these places mate. Looking good!

    26 inch inspired fourplay coming out in January (the frame) - the complete bike before christmas - chatted to Ali C who was testing it at the time. also tartybikes reckon it's well worth waiting for

    Hey guys. What are your Because 24's like? Are they a mix of 20/26 or more BMXey? What sort of tyre pressure do you run them with? I was thinking of getting one for my next bike.

    have put some Bristol locations on the map - a great one next to Brunel lock (near Create Centre) keeps getting deleted though'? It's perfect for a pre-work session (then I arrive at my office in the Create Centre out of breath and sweaty!) Loads of blocks and anchors. WIll try a third time. Off to South of France for a long weekend soon on the look out for some coastal natural spots.

    Thanks man - good advice. It's just so tempting to get out on the bike cos I've only just got it. But, yes, it's stopping me at work - teaching kids how to fix bikes!! Is that right then - that bigger heavier riders are better off stock? Or are you just teasing?

    Hey I've just read this on the BBC Scotland article about Danny Megaskill's video and notice the quote below in light of my aching wrist after my first day of trials riding> "Mr MacAskill added that he has to take ibuprofen before he rides his bike to stop the pain in his wrists from years of absorbing the impact of his daredevil stunts." I've been trying to recover to get back on the bike but it seems that I'm destined to have knackered painful wrists as a trials rider. Am tempted to just pop the ibuprofen and get on with it rather than properly recover! Anybody done similar?
