  1. Setting the printer up was a bit hit and miss getting everything right. Also I think it all depends on the quality of the printer too. Do you use a textured plate? Large thin items do still warp sometimes though, just the nature of abs. However these shouldn't warp too much. The models above would probably need some supports around the numbers. Just enough to bridge the material no larger. Should be able to snap them off once printed.
  2. Surface finish depends on the material you are printing with. On a fine print setting the surface finish is not too bad. It will be easy to clean up as long as the wall is thick enough. We use abs at work to make prototype jigs and it's pretty workable with a file and some emery.
  3. Finally got a DNA 200 mod and it is truly amazing! Alongside the new goon rda, one of the most versatile rda I have come to own. How will the new FDA rules affect nicotine free juice? Just thinking I could add my own nic. Homemade juice never tastes as good to me.
  4. Or you could download a cracked version for free. Not that I've ever done that myself
  5. Lil sister is being bullied at school, makes me mad! She's too soft and afraid of getting in trouble to do anything. She is a black belt ffs, should leave them hospitalised they ain't gonna do it again. Gonna pick her up from school tomorrow. Bit of back seat intimidation knowing she has an older brother.
  6. I had another look today at my jig and I must just have been having a thick moment. I was eyeing up rough positions using my current frame not realising the chainstay is 365 not 350! Thanks for all the help @forteh
  7. Sorry I think I may have asked my question in the wrong way. The photo is not mine either but I am getting roughly half an inch difference between the two methods. To measure the chainstay length do I measure purely the X axis 350mm and then up 80mm in the Y axis. And that would give me - 350mm chainstay length with a bottom bracket rise of 80 mm. Like 449.9mm. Or Positive 80 mm bottom bracket with the most direct route (diagonally) down to the dropouts. Same path the connecting tube would take. Example 455mm.
  8. Thanks for all the input guys! Appreciated. Simple thing but now it's come to doing it seems so hard to find out, what one is for these two measurements is correct?
  9. Didn't think it would be so clear cut, I was hoping there was a rough ball park though. I think I will just normalise it and see how it goes as I don't want to make it brittle. In hindsight I would have chosen a different material.
  10. Hi, Currently in the process of building a trials frame for work, but I know nothing about heat treating or what the numbers mean in reality. I will be sending the frame to be normalised but will it need to be tempered too? Thanks, Adam.
  11. , To be honest I wouldn't recommend it either, I just enjoy the extremes of the sport, pushing my body as far as it goes. Go hard or go home I would say it is possible to some extent, however to build and 'loose' fat is very hard and certainly naturally impossible as soon as you are 10-15%. You would need to have a level of enhancement to do that. Your body is fighting to survive in a deficit. You would need an external source of hormones. The idea is to build muscle at a faster rate than you are putting fat on. What you read is very true, however I didn't want to cut for that long as I was a chunky monkey. It would also be on the verge of cannibalism in my current time frame. As for the thermogenic, I would have not been able to retain as much muscle as I have. The idea is to stay as anabolic as possible. A lot of that weight I lost would have been muscle without it. Some of the 42lb is water as well. Energy levels are fine, I defiantly can't lift as heavy for as long. Again sleep is okay, bit hard to sleep when adapting to clen. Not sure now I would say in between 10-15% I was 21%. I wasn't particularly lean when I started lifting. Something if I started again I would cut before I bulked up for a good starting level of fat. Weight lifting has become more of a hobby for me, it's now become an obsession and I know not many people will be into it this much neither would they want to be. But I owe a lot to it. I wouldn't be where I am now.
  12. To be honest I cannot say, I never cut without the added thermogenic. But I doubt I could loose this much without it. However the clen was more effective than the blr Inciderine. And more of a straight cut, could never re-comp in this level of deficit. Nope afraid not, in hindsight I wish I had. I will document my next cut, this was my first cut and I have defiantly made a LOT of mistakes. I don't think I will have much problem introducing carbs, just do it slow.
  13. Sorry it was an abbreviation for an antihistamine. Keto = ketotifen.
  14. Thanks dude! And yes I am. Started a tad over 109kg and now a consistent 89/90kg First 3 weeks - lost 10/11kg ketogenic diet 1000 - 1500 calories per day. 70% fats - 30% protien - 0% carbs Ran along side Black Lion Research Inciderine thermogenesis fat burner. Followed up by a 2 week trial of Clenbuterol. - lost the rest of the weight here. 900 - 1000 calories a day. 75 - 80% protien - 10 - 15% fat - rest is carbs. Pretty sure the clen was heavily underdosed as I had minimal sides. Starting Inciderine again whilst beta 2 receptors recover. For a 6 week cycle of Clenbuterol with ket every 3rd week. However clen is not as amazing as people make out. To really gain the benefits you would need to run T3 with gear. But I don't fancy the risk of T3 nor do I want to start using steroids. Not whilst I'm this young anyway. 24 is the magic number for me.
  15. 5 weeks, super happy! Gaining is the easiest bit for me! I always envy people who stay lean.
  16. Lost 19kg bodyweight! Lost all lot of muscle but I'm sure to put it back on after! 7 weeks left on cut!
  17. Ah I see now, so I'd need one of these? http://www.tredz.co.uk/.Cane-Creek-40-Zerostack-1-1-8-inch-Headset_44779.htm?sku=115404&utm_source=Google&utm_medium=AdwordsProductAds&utm_campaign=Adwords&gclid=COag46PXicwCFdS7GwodxtcC8Q
  18. It's 44mm sorry, this is my headtube - http://www.paragonmachineworks.com/cgi-bin/commerce.cgi?preadd=action&key=HT2007
  19. Now I'm confused. If you was to measure the ID of the frames headtube with say a bore mic, what figure would you get? Mine is around 45mm.
  20. Thanks, that sounds about right. My headtube is around 45mm ID. Least I know what headset to buy now. Thanks!
  21. Hi, Just a quick question, ordered some parts form paragon machine works and my headtube ID looks too big. What's the diameter of the part of the headset that presses into the frame? Thanks, Adam.
  22. Pretty sure this will fit, it will be an upgrade from what you got now! I'm not too clued up about internal headset, always preferred external. http://www.tredz.co.uk/.One23-Semi-Integrated-Sealed-Cartridge-Bearing-Headset_45694.htm?sku=118538&utm_source=Google&utm_medium=AdwordsProductAds&utm_campaign=Adwords&gclid=COn8_6alh8wCFYZuGwodWG4HzA#
  23. Probably easier to just to replace it, cheap too. Are you sure that headset has been assembled correctly? There shouldn't be such a large gap between the headtube and top cover.
  24. Caustic will strip any lubricant out of the bb, just in case you was planning on using it
