  1. Unicycle rims are often 36h. kris Holm do a 36h rm that is bombproof!
  2. Haha yes sorry I'm not too good at explaining what I mean in text. I agree with what you are saying, I have even said what he is doing is good when he posted his chest workout. Simplicity is king as long as it ticks all the boxes. But is he not a bodybuilder then? At the end of the day he is building a better body, right? Oh yeah haha for the normal lifter that is probably too much info but I feel if you are going to say something you should always be able to explain why you say it that's all that bit was. I am also not very old either at 18 so I'm not a middle aged man obsessed with weight lifting even though it may seem like it but I am very passionate about it and owe a lot to lifting getting the be back on the right track in life
  3. How do you mean I don't think I follow, what is unconventional about your training? I was referring to the statement lift more, gain more that you can not advise that if you don't know how he is already training he may already be over training or may be just right etc.. By saying lift more will make his situation worse if he was struggling.
  4. I wouldn't say it was risky advice and yes very serious May help put on a bit of muscle, but is that not what Dan is trying to do though? Obviously I'm not saying eat tubs of lard, but i am saying don't be afraid of fat eat as many foods as you can such as avacados, red meats, dairy, nuts, seeds etc all packed full of fat. It is one of the biggest myths out there that fat makes you fat, fat does not make you fat! In my opinion 'Healthy Diets' are good for the the normal person or other disciplines where the diet is not so important but bodybuilding (or any other form of weight lifting) is very much an extreme sport that requires the extreme diet. This would be the Cut and Bulk phases. You need to put on fat to build muscle it is impossible not to due the surplus of calories needed unless using artificial anabolics such as AAS, PH etc (they totally change the type of stimulation and recovery process) that's why you then cut to remove this fat and start over re-gaining any muscle you lost with muscle memory and then fresh gains after. Body builders need such an extreme diet because you are pushing your body beyond what is considered natural, we are demanding that extra growth on top of any natural maintenance meaning that any hormones and substances that your body produces are now being stretched even further hence we eat in a surplus to try and accommodate. I'm not saying you have to get huge on the bulk you can stay relative lean but it all works the same principles. All this sort of subject is what has sparked the whole debate over is steroid training 'better' for you than natural training due the extreme nature of the sport and stresses on the body. I'm also not saying your wrong, I'm simply saying what i have learnt through my personal training, what i have been told and extensive research. I am more than open for you to tell me its a loada crap but tell me why it is, actually I'd quite like to know, knowledge is power Very far from it, bad advice.
  5. Defiantly agree with diet, eat as much fat as possible too! Fat helps increase hormone levels such as testosterone! Eating high fat foods will NOT make you fat, its sugar and too many carbs that do that! Also sleep is so important if we are talking about 80% diet and 20% lift if you cannot sleep no diet or workout routine will work unless you are using some form of steroid and/or peptide to artificially increase what your body cannot produce. Sleep is when the body and mind both repair and most importantly produce growth hormone, the more sleep the more growth hormone produced, if i am correct alot of IGF-1 is produced in sleep but may be wrong on that
  6. My chest routine is Bench press 5 x 8 Incline bench press 5 x 8 Flies 5 x 8 Incline flies 5 x 8 That's it! Can't really see in those pictures the comparison of chest to lats but for the size which you are your chest doesn't look particularly small from the little I can see, I'd say your doing fine
  7. Glad to hear you are progressing! Yes that is normal growing muscles is a slow progress
  8. Just tried my Ur spray and I shan't be spraying it on my bollocks again - it felt funny...
  9. Amazing stuff for any heavy lifts that requires a lot of grip so maybe good riding? http://m.myprotein.com/sports-nutrition/myprotein-liquid-chalk/10529941.html?utm_source=googleprod&utm_medium=gp&utm_campaign=gp_sports&affil=thggps&switchcurrency=GBP&shippingcountry=GB&gclid=CjwKEAjwq-OsBRDd95aryprR9wQSJACQnU3GGrueZqOXQV1lY2Y5XnYOikoRrWRL5Kd4KhrtcrAj5BoC9GTw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds&dclid=CL--y6bfxMYCFdBgfAodID4LwA&variation=10529942
  10. Flat bench Chest press 45kg dumbells for 5 reps X 3 sets for my power sets with strict form. Well happy!! Also fat percentage is going down at a steady pace! The clean eating is paying off
  11. Went there years ago for a birthday! Was that or lego land and it was the best decision I ever made! Good lift dude! Just keep that upper back abit tighter
  12. Thats the best picture i have of them, don't have a picture of when i actually ate them.
  13. Quick update - My arsehole is on fire! Been using the detachable shower to wash my arse and I'm now sitting on a bag of frozen oven chips! Oh yeah is it okay that my poop is an guacamole coloured green? Video is on its way it's stuck on 95%...
  14. A video will be sorted tonight, still currently at work.
  15. Just to clarify the chilies were bloody hot! Like like licking Satan's ass hole but no where near how hot as I expected!
  16. The chilies were dried yes but that does not affect the scoville rating they are just as hot as freshly picked, by weight dried chilies are actually hotter. The seeds were still in the chilli, all I done was remove the stalk. Random fact chilli seeds aren't actually that hot. It's the white flesh like membrane that they are kept in that is where the oil is kept. If you washed the seeds they wouldn't be that hot.
  17. Chewed for two minutes and I'm feeling fine haha, correction I'm alive! I'll stick a video up later
  18. I will take a swig of milk before, in your opinion would a food such as bread be good to eat before to soak up any excess caspacin oil in my stomach? No bet own weird and wonderful concept of 'fun'... Already made that mistake with a scotch bonnet at school, but that's a whole other story I gotta chew it for two minutes before i swallow :/ Im defiantly gonna video it for my own entertainment, i will post it up if i don't look like a complete and utter twat hand to soak up the oil in my stomach?
  19. Hi, Have we got any serious chili eaters on here? I have got to eat two ghost chilies tomorrow and was wondering if anybody had any tips on protecting my stomach? Any help on that front would be very much appreciated i mean i can stand my mouth being set on fire but not too keen on on a wildfire spreading in my stomach, im regretting this idea a lot now Also does re-hydrating chilies reduce the capsaicin? Adam
  20. Gained just over 2 pounds in weight and body fat has dropped 0.5% all in 4 weeks! Slow and steady Also anybody on here tried Acnedren by black lion research labs? I suffer from facial and body acne, nothing extreme just but i get alot of blackheads and spots particularly on my face and at 18 its a bit annoying. I was wondering if anybody on here has used it or know someone who has or is currently? I have read logs but they are mainly logging on the control of acne whilst on cycle (steroids).
  21. No, they are one of the biggest waste of money on the market! Make your own, you can tailor it to your caloric intake too! Branded mass gainers are full of shit! All those carbs they say they deliver.. they are just sugar no real use but they can say it has carbs on the label. Simply Mass gainers make you fat! Isitafox has the right idea!
  22. Love king 810 myself, but what did you think of them live?
  23. I was also mainly replying to his original post too where he says he fatigues too early in the workout.
  24. Yes, he has only been training 6 weeks so in my opinion yes it is. As simple as the exercise is it is very easy to do it wrong! Weight lifting is all about form not how big your ego is. If he does something like the workout i suggested with good form his back should be worked enough that he doesn't need to lift heavy on the row, his back will be hit on the deadlift, chest press and pull ups. He does not need to row 40kg?
