  1. Think i used to run a 118 my good man. N0t 100% sure though.
  2. It will be good as gold as long as you get it heat treated properly afterwards. Take it to a professional fabricator and they will be able to advise you
  3. http://www.rocknrollbikes.com/ give them a call mate Tell them Pete from wip-bikes told you to ring
  4. Good shout on the bananas! Try some indian tonic water too. Its not the best tasting but i used to cramp up when i raced and this worked a treat. On the bike i had the odd hand/arm cramp but i changed my lever angle (much slacker around 30 degrees) and relaxed a little and its no more.
  5. Iv ran try all rims for the past 4-5 years and they have always performed well for me. A few years ago doing demos every week, i would only grind up every other month or so and that was just trough routine maintenance of the bike.
  6. Thanks Forteth Im going to post my materials/stress testing videos and results up in the near future to show how strong the materials are.
  7. The standard weight of the full T-45 model is 1800G and the super light come in at 1600G. I taylor the tubing to the customers requirements
  8. Lukes got the nail on the head there Just a standard bold through, no faffing around pulling it apart, and if you don't run a bolt in hub i machine them to fit. Oh and also i call it the stock 24" as this is an off the peg model, a non custom if you will, measured with a fork with a 40mm offset and come in which ever brake mounting you desire, even post mount disk. These are £299. Oh and also, EVERY single part of the bike is made in house, from british materials. Nothing is bought in, apart from the materials of cause.
  9. Hers the new stock s-24 Graphics are not 100% as yet but it gives you an idea. Geo is as follows; 1030 73.5 380 +30 More photos to follow
  10. I made a replacement set for a guy a few weeks ago and Im pretty sure his were a standard M8 by 1.25. I can double check for you if this would help.

Sounds sick. I'll definitly be having a spin on luke's 24" when its done. Then may have to consider a custom geo 26.....

Ditto on the davos sole! I like the ribo's as you can really strap them up nice and tight, and also, the fact that they are glittery haha

I stick to the classic Ribo's Never let me down.
  17. Well if you do try it, just make a good job of the holes
  18. It will certainly weaken your frame unless you braze/weld on an internal boss or reinforcing ring depending on the material. I run them internally but i make the tubes suitable. If your not too bothered about the frame, hay give it a whirl they do look cool.
  19. I did a few years ago, (more like 10 years ago lol) was'nt too bad then worked down to 22-19 and now i run 18-15. Perfecto. Drop an 18 or 19 on i would say you'll be laughing
  20. Im hearin that! Never fails and can take a beating. I ran a goldtech tandem hub before that and that was bomb proof too.
  21. There genius! Get yourself watching Ot Pi Dream!
  22. Ditto, however if it does get too hot it will need heat treating again. Ideally it would need doing again anyway but that would't be easy, well, it would if you had a MASSIVE oven lol
  23. Yeh, get it too an engineering firm, but tell them not to get it too hot otherwise it will be weaker than it is already
