Why do some people start pointless threads? It can be really fun and you can use all the same words as an interesting thread but in a different way. Yet another gem from the crazy guy.
I insulted you in a different thread, and the insult was based on your behaviour. As for me over reacting I think you'll find, if you read it back, I was also agreeing with you.
From what I've seen its all getting lighter and weaker.I've seen a fair bit of stuff break lately. The market is that way is because that's what these companies think people want but I think there is a growing demand for slightly heavier, stronger parts.
The problem with echo stuff is that it either works really well or fails spectacularly. Imagine one of those sharp bits of metal slicing down your leg.
I would imagine the crank problem will only be an issue when buying from certain retailers, I can't imagine Tarty sending them to customers with a problem like that.
Why would someone that builds frames not have a frame jig? If I turned up to plaster someone's house and told them "it might not be right because I don't have a trowel", then I'd quickly end up out of work.
