It says your not aloud to ride a bike that does not have a seat "attached" to it, so tape a mini seat under the bike?

I am 16 and I sufferd 2 years with depression due to anxiety I was pretty much in my house the whole time felt like there was nothing to enjoy in life and nothing to look forward to, what helped me overcome depression was just me getting off my ass and doing things, doing things can just take your mind of the depression and the feeling of worthlessness.

If you get a new frame then it will no longer be called a "onza rip" but if you have the same rear brake mounts and headset type on the frame you are thinking of getting, then should be fine.

If you have a rear axle with cones, then use a cone spanner to hold 1 of the cones and undo the axle bolt at the same time. Or you could try holding the axle with mole grips but i doubt they would hold very well...

The only way i managed to go further places was by pushing myself no matter what other people said it wouldn't convince me to go to a certain place unless i really wanted too, for me it was getting there that was the problem i was scared if i was going to have a panic attack on the way, once i was there it was all fine and dandy, So the only thing you can really do is reassure him that's its all going to be fine. Edit: it is always good to have a phone and a number you can call for some 1 to pick him up if it gets too much, tell him okay lets go some where if it gets too much my dog will pick you up "not dog unless your dog can drive"
