  2. You realize it's not the same kind of training? Plus, it's freezing cold here with snow. My main point was that the things I do takes up a lot of time so I don't have time over to do other stuff.
  3. Just really dislike that I don't have any spare time left now.. College, work, homework and gym takes up sooooo much time. I know that this is life and I'm 'growing up', but it's killing me to never have so much time over do to stuff like riding my bike or things like that. Money is nice to have and all though..

  7. So tired of how my life looks like at the moment.. It's only: College- directly to work - Home and eat quick - Go to the gym - get home eat and study. I got this BIG assignment to do for tomorrow and because of my partner being in kuwait we couldn't start untill today. So we mailed the teachers and they understood our situation so we have the whole weekend now to do it instead. Happy!

  10. There's no wayyyyyy you can build muscle and eat 1800 calories a day without the use of alot of steroids haha! You can either chose to cut away the fat now, and then build muscle. Or bulk and build muscle now and then cut away the fat. You will lose both muscle and fat eating as little as 1800 calories a day!   13. I wasn't really planning to write this here, but while we're still onto the subject of fitness etc: I'm so happy how I've reached my goals to have 10% of body fat and weight 80 kilos. My goal was to 'achieve this' in may, so I'm 2 months early. MAAAAD. I've been going heavier and heavier like crazy recently. I think it's down to the way I eat now Anyway, I'm happy!

  15. Though onza zoot's didn't have disc mounts on the hubs? if so, you can't mount a disc brake without changing hub and spokes and rebuilding your wheel. I'd say, get better pads for the rear and grind the rim. The stock onza pads are shite. So invest in some decent pads, grind the rim, and enjoy a awesome brake on the rear
  16. As mentioned, a trials bike will feel like shit a first! But you get used to it Regarding the brake question, I think that the brake pads and the rim grind plays a MUCH bigger role in the V-brake vs Hydralic rim brake arguments. I've ridden both and both are well good enough And, your confidence will grow after some riding. I've had the same problems after some crashes but when you ride again and start pushing yourself, it's going to get better

  19. Had such a great day today. Managed to lift way more today the gym than I usually do. Met up with some mates that I haven't seen for like, more than 6 months.. Then went for a nightride and learnt g-turns and a few small things that I never could do before. Just generally progressing in everything that's physical
  20. Heat up the hub flange with a heatgun or a blow torch and then take a screw driver and just undo the bolt
  21. I'm a bit lost now... Is it a bolt that is holding the disc rotor to the hub, or the axle bolt?
