  1. It's sorted now, I just kept pushing with an allen key and stretched the spring and re bled it
  2. get my bike and ride it for 2 hours then eat shit and then break my maggie, not good.

  3. Ok thanks I've tried with a tiny alen key but it isn't having any of it
  4. After an epic fail of a water bleed the piston in my maggura brake seized and won't return to its original position, any help would be appreciated, thanks
  5. I find it difficult to wheelie a trials bike but a lot easier to bring the front wheel up from stationary as you only need about an 8th of a crank and the balls to lean back, it helps if you ride with friends as they can point out exactly what you are doing wrong
  6. they are marzocchi, i have a set of 55r's on my mountain bike and they are shocking, weigh a tonne, top out and only travel about 90mm out of the 140mm and i have heard its a common problem with marzocchi forks and when people have sent them for a service they have worked for a short time and then gone back to how they were
  7. i haven't personaly seen any snapped carbon parts, i always see pictures or hear about them though, maybe its a conspiracy.. sick edit man!
  8. yesterday i fixed a shimano m475 hub with white spirits, wd 40 and grease (the springs would stick and slip) now it works fine its just a bit louder and sounds gritty
  9. so is carbon parts snapping more easily just a rumour? i am not saying they aren't strong but if hit in the wrong way it will break, right?
  10. new forks would be a good idea but carbon snaps easily, your best bet is a light set of alluminiun forks and drilled rims
  11. This normally works best as boobs generally aren't attracted to a sweaty panting mess on a bike, I have no idea why
  12. The "ladder goat" video on YouTube, this video made me howl haha
  13. really need to stop waking up so early after drinking, i have amouth like ghandi's flip flop

  15. dead smooth camera work by me, HA! looks like I still had the shakes
  16. still i would rather build my bikes myself (and my friends bikes if needed) and buy my own tools than take it to a bike shop unless its for stuff like wheel builds then i will take it to a place that is rider owned
  17. i have seen a few bikes that have been assembled by a halfords store that have their forks on backwards, if they dont know which way forks go on then surely there could be other problems with the bike that could make them potentially dangerous to kids, i thought they safety checked every bike before it left the store?
  18. I'm jonny, im 17 and i ride bmx and have riden mountain bikes but i am selling my on-one 456, i am looking at starting 26" trials as a few of my friends do it and i like a challenge, i will ride anywhere in and around liverpool (if i have funds for the ridiculous cost of public transport) i play guitar and i love anything on 2 wheels apart from scooters, thats all really, thanks for reading
  19. riding that sort of distance on a trials bike would be really difficult because of the gearing, i would recomend buying a trials bike and a really cheap mountain bike or hybrid off ebay just to get around on
