    Snail Cams?

Were you using smooth cams? I've found smooth cams do slip but notched ones stay where they need to be.
  4. I thought little Timmy had a shit on with CNC backings because they snap the pins off magura pistons? Oh well its nice to see an old dog with new tricks.
  5. You're being taken for a ride. Wake up Mr Tart lol.

    Snail Cams?

It will hold solid then. I say go for snail cams mate. I'm not 100% sure if the pro 2 bolts will fit through the snail cams but that can be solved with a drill.

    Snail Cams?

I'd go for snail cams. I've got monty snail cams at the moment and they are great. How does your rear wheel fit to the frame? Bolt through axle? QR? Bolts on the hub?
  8. Click here to learn a lesson. I'm sure there is a better guide out there somewhere that isn't american but I can't be arsed looking this was the first one I found. Edit: I've just watched the whole thing and its not exactly the same as helicoiling a brake mount but its pretty close to what you need to do. Some of the tools are slightly different and I wouldn't run the tap in the way he did it you need to take more care and back it off every half turn or so.
  9. I had them years ago and I prefered my SD7's thats my opinion on them anyway. I found the SD7's to be better brakes for me.
  10. Tell that to my rubber queen i've just "amended" to stop rubbing on my bloody yoke on the coust.
  11. Wait there, what happened to the Limey 1.6? Have I missed something?
  12. I've got one. I've had it since august and I haven't had a problem with it. I personally think they are really good freewheels and mine hasn't let me down at all.
  13. Good call Mr Standaman. I'm sure you'll love riding your big purple koxx all this year. Well done buddy.

Not sure if its been said but English people saying american things because they watch the tele too much. f**k it here's a list of the words that piss me off. Cool Math Pissed (meaning angry not drunk) Go figure TV (its a tele) Saying the f**king date wrong it goes day, month, year. And there are loads more but I'd get pissed off thinking about them I've got no problem with americans saying this shite because they don't know any better but come on boys.
  15. I'm sure I remember a 70 or 80 year old man taking up the sport on OTN or am I getting old and making things up in my head?

Check the date lol. I've had a tom tom one for over 2 years now. Happy Birthday too while i'm at it.
  17. I'm not sure if you know about him but there is a lad on this forum called 1handedluke. As you can probably guess from the name he only has the full use of one of his hands. I'm not sure if he still rides but it might be worth speaking to him to help your project.
  18. I doubt that will happen Tarty only stock good quality parts.
  19. Yes. Fool me once shame on you, Fool me twice shame on me.
  20. Maybe if you order some spokes from trial-suk you'll get a stem. ha ha ha sorry couldn't help myself there.
  21. Yeah thats what I meant but couldn't explain it properly lol.
  22. I sent a pair of bars to this dude and it cost under £3. A pair of handle bars are a much more arkward shape and size than V brakes.
  23. Hold your horses. You need to take the crank bolt out and make sure the square is at the same angle as the crank you are going to get. Sometimes they are offset.
  24. Yep just rebranded mate. Good chain though.
