i've thought about running the laptop through a 3.5mm to phono lead, but that will mean i can only play stuff to what the laptop can amplify it to, which will not be very good, now if my stereo had a microphone input i could use that as an input and the stereo to amplify it, but it doesn't so i'm a bit boned what are my options? apart from buying a seperate amp. i thought about buying one of those tape deck things that you can buy for your ipod, but i have no idea if it will work. so any idea's would be welcome as these pc speakers are quite frankly shite ta
