firstly, i ever so slightly resent being called a juvenile fool. i was asking a serious question and expected a serious answer. my grandparents have unconditionally said i can live with them, score. getting to college ( A-levels ) will be a slog, but it's not the end of the world. meh. and second of all, in reality, income support will pay me more than a part time job will per week. and then i will have my weekends to get some work done. so looks like i've got a gameplan, will just be a lot of effort. ta to those that made decent suggestions.

ahoy hoy noble fellowes of yonder t-f. as i'm sure a few of you are aware, i have recently(6 weeks) become one of our countries many homeless peoples. it's f**king awful, i tell you now, always have a plan b, people who claim to be there for your benefit will f**k you over in the name of budgeting, but i digress.... i've been left with a very small number of seemingly bleak options and i am here seeking suggestions. brief bit of background, am 17 (till july 07) , in my second year of college. no real plans as to university. and it seems i've got to do one of the following until i'm 18 and can get sorted properly. i have the option of sheltered housing in a complete shithole about 10 miles from everything. pros: near train station cons: house is also full of twats and degenerate scum. would cost me money. smells bad i could live with my grandparents. pros: secure source of food and place to sleep cons: senile old fools, 3 miles from nearest train station, live in the middle of nowhere, getting to college is a big issue. drop out of college, get a full time job, rent somewhere of my own pros: somewhere to live, can move anywhere cons: would be a f**king slog, and i would need someone to stand guarantor on a tennancy. pretty bleak eh? any advice welcome. cheers charlie.
